ANTON HABAN FOUNDED THE COMPANY IN 1926
Through his tireless diligence, he soon succeeded in expanding and opening branches in the best locations in Vienna. Knowledge, skill, and the will to achieve exceptional performance made the name “HABAN” and the associated Juwel company one of the leading companies in the jewelry industry.
The location in Vienna´s Kohlmarkt 1 district has been the only store at the original headquarters of the traditional and well-known family business for almost 100 years, after all other locations were spun off over time. Anton Haban´s daughter, Maria Naar-Haban, successfully ran the business at Kohlmarkt 1 in the spirit of her father until her retirement. Today, her daughter, Anton Haban´s granddaughter, has taken over management and leadership.
